A: We offer free shipping for items that are in stock, and it will take us 1-2 business days to process your order. You can expect roughly 5 days for shipping. For customized items, it will take about 15 business days to produce the sample and about 10 days to deliver, and a flat rate of $15 will be added to the order to cover shipping.
